Cazaly Resources is an Australian based diversified mineral resources company which floated on the ASX in October 2003. The company controls a large portfolio of ground largely prospective for Gold, Iron Ore, Uranium and Base Metals, mostly situated within Western Australia. In all, Cazaly controls approximately 1500 square kilometres of ground and has successfully joint ventured a significant number of these projects. The company intends to continue to actively develop new projects with a view towards divestment whilst aggressively expanding and developing its key assets in the Pilbara and Kalgoorlie Regions. This philosophy of developing new projects to be joint ventured whilst focusing on the company's key asset exposes the company's shareholders to potential exploration success over a range of properties at little or no cost whilst it concentrates on developing its key asset.

Cazaly’s ultimate goal is to achieve recognition as a premier Australian owned and controlled mining company. The Company aims to achieve this goal through;

Cazaly’s key assets include;

• Parker Range Iron Ore - Located in the under-developed Yilgarn Iron Ore Province situated ~400km east of Perth, the region is rapidly becoming known as a major iron ore province with Western Australia. The resource estimate for the Mount Caudan deposit at the project is currently 28.4mt @ 55.4% Fe. Unique opportunity to become a major new iron ore player in the region. Feasibility studies into development are underway with indications that a robust 2-4mtpa operation can be developed. Rail and port access have also commenced.
• Pilbara Iron Ore - Numerous iron ore projects in world class province. 100–250 Mt exploration target at the Hamersley Project.
• West Kalgoorlie Gold - Major ‘player’ position in region. Global JORC compliant Resources: 10Mt @ 1.8 g/t Au (~600,000ozs)
• Numerous other highly prospective landholdings- including several already being advanced through existing Joint Ventures.
